Q1: Is the Apollon Holiday Village Off Plan?
A: No. The Apollon Holiday Village is now on phase 4, but all apartments are complete. All 4 phases were sold off plan and all the happy buyers are now happy owners and happy campers — in a manner of speaking – every time they come to the now fully completed resort. The remaining few units are being sold key ready and ready to move into.
Q2: Are the Properties Furnished?
A: This is a good question. When people buy a holiday home in Altinkum, or anywhere for that matter, 9 times out of 10 they want them to be furnished ready to go. We used to do furniture packs, but as you may know as a holiday home shopper, people rarely want a set pack when it comes to furniture. This is especially true when it comes to holiday home investors, who want their property to stand out from the crowd.
So, to avoid the problems we were finding with people wanting to take the suites out of one pack and the bedroom furnishings from another etc, what we do now is make arrangements to take buyers furniture shopping in the area. This allows holiday home buyers to set their apartment out exactly how they like, and investors to furnish an apartment that will give their clients a wonderful holiday, win them repeat bookings and also be hard wearing so as to last them a good few years.
Q3: Is Rental Management Available?

Q4: Does the Resort Have a Kids Pool?

Q3: Can I Live On the Resort Permanently – Relocate?
A: Yes you can move into your property on the resort and live here permanently, provided you seek the correct visa and make all the right arrangements.
