Wise Move Homes is a British led property developer and construction company working in Altinkum with offices in both the UK and Turkey.  We deal with customers in an honest way and prefer our work to speak for itself, come and see for yourself!

Our first project back in 2004 was Diamond Villas, a stunning group of 20 villas touching the sand in the much sought after area of Akbuk, the response we had was amazing.

We then began construction of Phase 1 of the Apollon Holiday Village.  Phase 2 soon followed and we are now at the mid-point of Phase 3, with both completed and off-plan apartments available.  We work to very high standards and through excellent planning are able to offer our projects at low prices.  We also understand the importance of having good facilities on site, this can be seen at Apollon where we offer the best facilities in the area of any development.
