Wise Move Homes was conceived when a renowned English builder bought a house in Turkey himself and was excited by the investment potential there. He believed that excellent service and high standards in both before and after sale, should not justify exorbiant prices, and made it his mission to share his dream destination with his friends back home- at fair and affordable prices.
As a result, their first project Diamond Villas was completed in 2005 with a great success, in six months time Phase I of Apollon Holiday Village was initiated and it proved a runaway success as well. Phase I sold out almost immediately, and many buyers were pleasantly surprised to learn that they could make a 35% profit on their investments the instant they recieved their keys.
Wise Move Homes has three joint owners, Neil Carr, who has twenty-five years experience in the UK house-building industry, and who was recognized as one of the UK's best site managers by the N.H.B.C.; Yalcin Canak, licensed estate agent, who has been in bussiness in Altinkum for ten years with his brother Ali Canak.
