DRIVING LICENSE AND AGE

Valid national or international driver's license held at least two years and drivers must be minimum 23 years of age. A copy of your license is needed before the rental begins.

RENTAL PERIOD

Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate.

TYPES OF RENTAL AND RATES

Unlimited Km. Daily rates apply. No additional charge per Km. Special rates and conditions apply for long term periods (minimum rental of 1 month). Rates are inclusive of oil, maintenance, third party insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Insurance, Airport Fees, 24 hours Road Assistance, Local taxes, 18% V.A.T., exclusive of gasoline.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made at the start of the rental including any additional insurance, payments are to be in cash in Turkish Lira or in Sterling at the exchange rate at the time the hire begins.

INSURANCE

Rates include Third Party Insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection. Insurance (CDW) does not cover windscreen and headlight breakage, type punctures and theft of spare tyre. This can be waived by buying optional HTW (Headlight, Tyres, Windscreen) insurance for groups; for 1 to 7days at 8 Liras per day for 8 days and over at 7 Liras per day. However, collision damage waiver is void if driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had passed the legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained from the police, damaged car and traffic report not returned to the nearest  office in 48 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the misuse of the car and damages caused by gross negligence. Exceptions to CDW insurance : Antenna, trays, damage to car lock, loss or damage to keys, windshield wipers, mirrors, glass, wheels, tyres, spare key and car jack, hubcap, lights, gas cap, warning triangles, damage to the upholstery of the car, extreme dirtiness in the car, underside damage, damage due to negligence, tyres punctures and burst tyres, fuel errors, damage to child seats and baby seats, lack of electricity because of forgotten turn off electrical devices.
If the car/cars are stolen, the car keys not returned to nearest office, the customer may be responsible for paying rental fee up to the date the car/cars founded (where applicable). This limit is only 30 days. If the car/cars are not founded at the end of this limit, the client does not pay any rental fee for further days when CDW is bought and police is informed at the time of the theft.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

Additional drivers must register at the start of rental, otherwise insurance becomes void. Fee for each additional driver is for 1 to 7days at 5 Liras per day for 8 days and over at 3 Liras per day.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

All vehicles are to be collected at 9.30 am onwards on the first day of hire and are to be returned by 9.00 am on the final day. Diamond Villa customers will be collected and returned. Customers who hire a vehicle for 7 days or more will receive discounted return airport transfers of 12 Liras per person from Bodrum airport or 17 Liras from Izmir (up to a maximum of 4 people, for each additional person normal rates will apply)

DELAYED RETURN

For each hour the charge is 1/3 of total bill.  If it's more than 3 hours then it will be counted as an extra day.

TRAFFIC FINES

Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period must be payed by renter.

OFF BORDER

There is no off border rental available and our cars can not be taken abroad.
